Ingredients: Beef shoulder tender, salt, black pepper, orange juice, herb marinade (garlic, shallots, dijon mustard, tabasco, honey, lemon juice, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, canola oil, salt, pepper, basil, rosemary, thyme, parsley, chives), merlot demi glace (beef bones, beef base, shallots, shiitake mushroom, portabella mushroom, tomato paste, red wine, thyme, bay leaf, veal stock, roux (butter, flour), rosemary, butter, heavy cream), cremini mushrooms

Preparation Instructions:  Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Turn contents out into single layer in baking dish with deep sides.
Cover with aluminum foil. Roast for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven, allow to rest for 2 minutes.
