  • Carry a $100,000 /$300,000 auto insurance policy if operating personal vehicle.
  • Must be willing to use own vehicle for deliveries. We offer mileage reimbursement and toll reimbursement.

Food Expeditor

Job Overview: The Food Expeditor will work on a team to expedite large volume of daily food orders, ensuring accuracy quality and timeliness. Assist with delivery driver issues, and logistics to provide the best possible customer service to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Prior food service experience in a high-volume production kitchen.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, high volume business environment.
  • Ability to problem solve and use proper judgement.
  • ServSafe Certification, Allergen Awareness Certification, excellent sanitation practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to details and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong logistical experience.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in standard procedures and work duties.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must have excellent Sanitation practices.
  • Person must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Person must be able work on their feet throughout the day.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Possess thorough understanding of expediting process from early morning until closing.
  • Act as a liaison/mentor between delivery drivers, sales team and kitchen.
  • Verify and inspect food orders for quality correctness, temperature, and presentation.
  • Pack out deliveries and load vehicles to ensure vehicles are loaded in a timely manner and deliveries are made on time, without any issues.
  • Run reports as needed.
  • Prepare set-ups with team.
  • Working knowledge of procedural tasks such as breakfast set-ups, boxed lunches, and desserts.
  • Monitor paper goods being packed daily.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through product quality and employee efficiency and productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17-$20 per hour

PREP COOKS

Multiple Positions Available:

Cold and Hot Side Prep Cooks Hours 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Sandwich Cook – 4:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

5-day workweek, including 1 weekend day.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work closely with sales manager to coordinate all full service corporate and social events.
  • Coordinate all details of events including preparation of kitchen orders, event notes, rentals and beverage orders.
  • Organize all logistics for events including floor plans, and other services as requested by the client; ensure that all requirements are communicated to the operations team and completed to the client’s specifications.
  • Provide innovative ideas for displays and set-up.
  • Communicate details directly with off -site team to develop execution plan for events.
  • Effectively communicate information and changes to all departments
  • Work with Sales Manager to schedule site visits and attend client tastings for clients.
  • Reconcile events and approve department invoices.
  • Conduct project driven research as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of event coordinating experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in event coordinating corporate and social events
  • BA Desirable
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power point, Access, and Outlook

Job Functions:

  • Greet our guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Take orders from guests, and deliver food and beverage in an efficient and hospitable manner
  • Ensure that bar and surrounding areas are clean and neat
  • Prepare drinks according to company standards and federal regulations

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service abilities and friendly demeanor
  • Must be able to function in a fast paced environment
  • TIPS Certification required
  • Minimum one year experience bartending; previous experience in private/country clubs, hotel banquets or high-end restaurant a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in catering sales

  • Knowledge of menu planning
