How to Order

Catering Orders

Order by phone for pickup or delivery: (617) 332-4588

Order online for pickup only: Toast

There is a $200 minimum for all orders outside our normal delivery area.

We are now a proud partner of The Gordon Companies. Please note this change of sender for invoices and transactions. 

Next Day Orders

At Baker’s Best Catering we are dedicated to providing only top quality food and service to our customers. 
In order to maintain these high standards, our firm deadline for next day orders is noon the day before or until we reach capacity.

Delivery Areas

Baker’s Best Catering provides delivery service to the Greater Boston and Metro West area. 
Scheduled deliveries usually require a 24-48 hour notice and rates are based on delivery location.
At this time, additional notice may be required. 

Please note: Someone must be home during the delivery window for a physical handoff of any delivery orders.
If your order includes any alcohol products, someone 21+ must be present to receive the delivery with a valid ID.

Cancellations

Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be received by Baker’s Best Catering no later than 10:00 AM, one business day prior to the date of the order.
Cancellations can be sent via email to salesteam@bakersbestcatering.com or by calling our office at (617) 332-4588.

Orders canceled after the deadline will require full payment for the order. 

Full Service Catering Event Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of full service catering events will be subject to the terms outlined in the client’s Catering Services Agreement.
Please contact your Catering Sales Manager. 

Inclement Weather

Baker’s Best Catering will make every reasonable attempt to communicate with customers on the days leading up to a storm and provide a deadline by which orders may be canceled without penalty.
It is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to notify Baker’s Best Catering of an order cancellation. 
Customers who choose to move forward with their order and cancel after the deadline will be charged for 100% of their order. 

It is the policy of Baker’s Best Catering to remain open during most periods of inclement weather.
Where extraordinary circumstances warrant due to weather or other unforeseen business interruptions, and the safety and well being of our staff is at risk, the company reserves the right to close the facility and cancel all orders.
