Tuscan Appetizer Platter


Ingredients: marinated artichokes ( artichoke hearts, water, sunflower oil, cane vinegar, salt, spices, citric acid), marinated tomatoes ( tomato, canola oil, olive oil, garlic, vinegar, salt, spices), marinated fresh mozzalella (mozzarella cheese, lemon zest, parsley, olive oil, salt, black pepper), aged provolone cheese, grilled bell peppers, grilled zucchini, grilled summer squash, roasted asparagus, grilled eggplant, grilled portabello mushrooms (salt, black pepper, avocado oil), white bean dip (white beans, artichokes, lemon zest, roasted garlic, salt, black pepper)

Reheating Instructions: Enjoy the Tuscan Vegetable platter directly from the refridgerator. Select a favorite bread or cracker to dip into the tuscan white bean dip.
