A timeless Baker’s Best favorite salad with seasoned quinoa, fresh tomato, cucumber, and chickpeas.

Ingredients: Quinoa, tomato, chickpeas, cucumber, scallions, red onion, parsley, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper

Preparation Instructions:
Serve chilled or allow to sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to serving.
