Lobster Ravioli for 2

Ingredients: lobster ravioli (egg yolk pasta, ricotta, fresh whole lobster meat), lobster meat, lobster stock, sherry, cream, mesclun salad (mesclun greens, chevre, dried cranberries, balsamic vinaigrette (Garlic, shallots, chives, parsley, basil, agave syrup, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, canola oil, kosher salt, ground black pepper, dry mustard ), whoopie pie (whoopie pies (butter, flour, baking powder, baking soda, eggs, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla extract, salt)

Reheating Instructions: Preheat large sauté pan on low. Reserve Salad and Whoopie Pies. Place all ravioli and the sauce in the sauté pan and top with lid. Cook on low stirring often for 10-12 minutes to heat through. Meanwhile, toss or arranged salad ingredients.
