Horseradish Crusted Salmon
Succulent salmon fillets are coated with a zesty blend of shredded potato, horseradish, and fresh parsley, then baked to perfection. Served with a tantalizing Dijon cream sauce.
Ingredients: salmon filet, shredded potato, horseradish, parsley, dijon mustard, dijon cream (mayonnaise, half & half, dry mustard, worcestershire sauce, A1 Sauce, black pepper, kosher salt)
Preparation Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Turn contents out into a single layer oiled baking sheet, reserving dijon cream sauce. Roast for 8-12 minutes, turning once. Remove from oven, allow to rest for 2 minutes. Serve with dijon cream sauce on the side.
