Ingredients: Tofu, peppers, shiitake, onions, baby corn, scallion

Reheat Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Turn contents out into single layer on oiled baking sheet.
Roast for 8-12 minutes, stirring once.
Remove from oven and allow to rest for 2 minutes.
