“Currywurst” Jackfruit
Ingredients: Steamed young jackfruit, olive oil, curry sauce (curry powder, paprika, vegetable broth, tomato puree, agave syrup, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, crushed red pepper)
Reheating Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 350. Turn contents out into single layer on oiled baking sheet reserving extra currywurst sauce for later. Roast for 8-12 minutes turning once. Remove from oven, allow to rest for 2 minutes. Serve with extra currywurst sauce on the side.
