Cowboy Butter Steak Tips
Tender steak strips tossed in bold, garlicky cowboy butter with herbs, lemon, and a kick of heat—rich, zesty, and irresistible.
Ingredients: Beef Shoulder Tender, herb marinade (garlic, shallots, dijon mustard, tabasco, honey, lemon juice, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, canola oil, salt, pepper, basil, rosemary, thyme, parsley, chives), cowboy butter sauce (butter, sour cream, mayonnaise, olive oil, chili powder, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, kosher salt, black pepper)
Reheat Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350°
Turn contents out into single layer on oiled baking sheet.
Roast for 8-12 minutes stirring once.
Remove from oven, allow to rest for 2 minutes.
