Coconut Salmon Cakes
Ingredients: coconut milk, coconut flakes, bean sprouts, salmon, scallion, salt, black pepper, fish sauce, egg, flour, panko breadcrumbs
Preparation Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 350. Turn contents out into single layer on oiled baking sheet. Roast for 8-12 minutes turning once. Remove from oven, allow to rest for 2 minutes.
