Cajun Fried Shrimp
Cornmeal breaded shrimp, remoulade, lemon
Ingredients: shrimp, flour, egg wash, cornmeal, lemon, remoulade (mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, caper, parsley, dill, lemon juice, sugar, kosher salt, black pepper)
Preparation Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Reserve Lemon and Remoulade sauce. Place shrimp on low side sheet tray and bake for 5-7 minutes turning once. Remove from oven and serve with remoulade sauce and squeeze of lemon.
