Bourbon Glazed Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients: Sweet potatoes, canola oil, salt, black pepper, bourbon glaze (pineapple juice, jack daniels, brown sugar) gluten free fried shallots, parsley
Reheat Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Turn contents out into single layer on oiled baking sheet.
Roast for 5-7 minutes stirring once.
Remove from oven, allow to rest for 2 minutes.
