Ingredients: house made banana bread (ap flour, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, butter, eggs, banana, banana extract), French Toast Batter (heavy cream, egg, brandy, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, milk, brown sugar), bourbon maple syrup
Preparation Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Reserve bourbon maple syrup. Place french toast sticks on oiled sheet tray in single layer and bake for 6-8 minutes.
Flip french toast sticks and cook for 3-5 minutes more until heated through.
Serve with bourbon maple syrup.
