Ingredients: beef tenderloin (salt, black pepper, par-cooked bacon), merlot demi glace (beef stock, merlot, flour, butter, carrots, onion, celery), asparagus (avocado oil, salt, black pepper), truffle parmesan mashed potato (Yukon gold potato, butter, half and half, truffle oil, salt, parmesan cheese, black pepper) greek salad (romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell peppers, feta cheese, olives), creamy greek vinaigrette (Feta juice, white wine vinegar, sugar, dried oregano, feta cheese, buttermilk, shallots, lemon juice, salt, garlic, canola oil, pepper, dried mustard) whoopie pie (whoopie pies (butter, flour, baking powder, baking soda, eggs, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla extract, salt)

Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 400. Reserve Salad and Whoopie Pies. Place Bacon wrapped Tenderloin on low side sheet tray and roast for about 10 minutes, or longer if desired Medium Well, to heat through putting asparagus on the tray halfway through the timer. Meanwhile, place truffle mashed potato in warm sauté pan with a few sprinkles of water or stock. Stir often for 5 minutes until warmed through. Meanwhile, toss or arrange salad ingredients. Enjoy tenderloin served over the mashed potato and asparagus then drizzle with the sauce.
