black falcon cruise terminal, boston
a cruise terminal with large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking boston harbor. indoor and outdoor accommodations are available for 250 - 1,000 people.
community boathouse, boston
located on the esplanade, overlooking the charles river, near the hatch shell. accommodates 125 people outside and 80-100 people inside. parking available nearby.
museum of transportation, brookline
a french chateau (located at larz anderson park) featuring an antique automobile collection. holds up to 1000 people on the "great lawn". vfw marsh post, cambridge
gerry's landing located near the charles river. outdoor patio can accommodate up to 100.

located on sixty-five acres with two sites available. picnic tables & pavilion to accommodate up to 100. mill st. section; wooded with rustic trails; waverly oaks

an 18 hole golf course specializing in charity and corporate golf outings. 9am

camp massapoag, dunstablelocated on a beautiful lake, this facility offers swimming, canoes, basketball, volleyball, softball and horseshoes. a covered pavilion and picnic tables are also
available. chapel hill school, waltham located just 15 minutes from boston, this large school campus boasts a swimming pool, pond for fishing, basketball, volleyball and softball. gore place, waltham
federal estate
located on 45 acres of farmland, gardens & lawns. this mansion, built circa 1805, is run as a museum. the lawns are available for tented events and can accommodate up to 3,000 people. fessenden school, newton
beautifully maintained private school offering a tent with tables & chairs, an olympic size swimming pool,
volleyball, softball, tennis courts, large fields for other activities, locker/changing rooms and a playground.
hopkinton state park, hopkinton
one acre of mowed playing fields in the heart of hopkinton state park.
accommodates 300 people and includes a pavilion, picnic tables and a sandy beach.
maynard rod & gun, maynard
outdoor grounds available with a small trout pond. a covered pavilion seats up to
300. softball field, volleyball and horseshoes available. thoreau outdoor center, concord
expansive sports field, swimming pools, basketball courts, and hiking trails are just a few of the
outdoor recreational amenities available.
the cove, newton
town park & recreation area located on the charles river in newton. picnic area, baseball diamond, tennis courts, and rest rooms. no alcohol permitted. a resident from newton must sign usage
permit.
the pierce house, lincoln
john h. pierce built this elegant georgian mansion in 1900. it is a unique location for wedding receptions, celebrations and outings. north of boston
brooksby farm, peabody
100-year-old historical barn set on 20 acres of orchards. accommodates 250
people. outdoor space available. two 1600's historic houses on property as well as an antique reconstructed firehouse museum built in 1875. this facility offers hiking trails, fishing ponds and hayrides.
bradley palmer state park, topsfield
a 721 acre state park with 25 miles of hiking trails. 3 picnic areas are available. amenities include pine groves, baseball fields and children's wading pool. covered
pavilion accommodates 75 people. reservations required.
camp evergreen, andover
a private recreational facility adjacent to the 2,900-acre harold parker state forest. amenities include olympic size swimming pool, miniature golf course, covered areas & buildings,
picnic tables, tennis court, volleyball courts, repelling course, ping pong tables, softball field, soccer field, pond, basketball courts and hiking trails. camp spindrift, gloucester
a
recreational facility located on 46 acres. it offers a large, outdoor pool, baseball field, basketball court, beach volleyball court and outdoor pavilion. camp naumkeag, salem
small beach on atlantic ocean, includes volleyball courts and horseshoe pits. cape ann's marina resort, gloucester
newly renovated outdoor waterside tent area, on the annisquam river, can
accommodate 80-100. guests can stay in the 53-room waterfront hotel with indoor pool. river cruises available on the annisquam, with great views of the sunset over ipswich bay.
creighton’s pond, middleton
a recreation facility located on 150 acres of private woodlands with a lodge that accommodates 125 people. amenities include an olympic-sized swimming pool, basketball,
volleyball, softball field and paddleboats.
devereaux beach, marblehead
part of the
marblehead recreation department, this beach, along with a few other beaches and parks, are available for clambakes. alcohol not allowed. permits need to be obtained from the department superintendent.
foundation for continuing education, boston conference center, wenham
this facility offers an open-air post-and-beam pavilion overlooking the water. includes a private beach area, basketball, volleyball,
horseshoes, bocce, and a great lawn that can be used for soccer, football, and much more. ipswich masonic temple, ipswichoutdoor area is located on 10 acres of grass and trees with horseshoe pits and room for volleyball.
ipswich river park, north reading
49 acres of conservation area and restored wetlands. recreation areas are available for softball, baseball, tennis, soccer, street hockey, soccer and canoeing. also includes a
gazebo with picnic tables.
salisbury beach state reservation, salisbury
the john
"bear" currier pavilion located at the salisbury beach state reservation where the merrimac river meets the atlantic ocean is a covered pavilion with seating for 130 guests. horseshoe pits. alcohol permitted

available campsites, historic walking tours, sandy beaches, and bathhouses with hot showers, windsurfing, scuba diving and pier fishing south of boston

offers aprivate pine-grove with picnic tables, softball field, and horseshoe pits. can accommodate up to 500. american legion post # 40, plymouth

endicott estates, dedham
large, beautifully groomed estate offering immense lawns, which can accommodate very large groups. hale reservation, westwood

trails wind through this 1200-acre reservation. includes a pond for swimming or canoeing, volleyball and badminton courts, horseshoes, fishing and softball. no alcoholic beverages allowed hanson athletic association, hanson
